I've been contacted concerning the Training Facility. Not only do we have the go ahead, my bill allowing for such a set up, but we have the funding and will not need to worry about the Government overseeing our actions there.

A Porter will not be possible, but there must be a faster way, considering we will most likely be placing this establishment in a larger, less populated state.
Oh, please announce this on the network, it'll be good to give people a heads up, and I can use it to gather the great minds we have here and begin some plans for our own porter - or some ways of getting there faster. We might get good input about where prospective locations, too. Heck, if it comes down to picking locations, we could do a poll.
Yes, an ImPort run Porter would be ideal, it is best for it to be convenient to all cities, but considering it was I, the Nonah Ambassador, the first will be located in Nonah, if it is to be cemented to a single city first.

Ah, yes! One thing I want to have stressed. First aid and emergency response health care workshops. I think they should be mandatory, and not just for the Youth system but for everyone who signs up for training. I don't think I need to explain why we need to have it, but to... expand on its incentives, it'll encourage people to help when civilians get hurt too. It'll definitely benefit both imports and locals.
We need a few volunteers with actual field experience for that.
Unfortunately we should keep our distance from the term 'mandatory'. [Remembering all too well what a few people said concerning it... even as far as medical training is involved.]
